By The former Creed front man was arrested Sunday at his house in Boca Raton, Florida and was charged with felony assault. Stapp returned to his house Sunday at around 8:00am after a long night of partying and drinking. When he got home, his wife, former Miss New York 2004 Jaclyn Nesheiwat started asking him where he was and quizzing him on what he had done, Stapp became very defensive and the couple started arguing.
It seems like he got angrier and angrier and threw a glass bottle of Orangina at her. The bottle almost hit the left side of her face. That’s when she was in fear and called 911. She told cops he had guns in the house, maybe five or ten, and that he also had drugs in the house. No one was injured in the incident. The 33 year old rocker was “deceptive” when questioned about him throwing the bottle at his wife.

By OJ Simpson was is Louisville, Kentucky the night before the Kentucky Derby. He went out to dinner with a party of about 12 people. The owner of the upscale steakhouse they decided to go to asked OJ Simpson to leave his restaurant. Ruby, the owner, says that he is sickened by the attention Simpson is attracting. He said “I didn’t want to serve him because of my convictions of what he’s done to t hose families.” “The way he continues to torture the lives of those families…with his behavior, attitude and conduct”
Ruby owns restaurants in Cincinnati, Ohio, Louisville, Kentucky and Belterra, Indiana. The owner says that when Simpson when in with the rest of his party, they were seated in the back of the restaurant. Simpson was getting attention from other customers at the restaurant amd Ruby felt sickened and didn’t want the experience in his restaurant.
By Sunday morning was the premiere of Shrek The Third. Most cameras were focused on Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake. The couple split last year and even thought people have spotted them at the same place before this was their major public encounter were they have been photographed together since the break up.
Cameron, who is the voice of Fiona arrived first wearing a salmon Chanel dress and stayed close to costar Mike Myers most of the time.
Justin Timberlake plays king Arthur walked the press step behind Cameron. The pair did not make any eye contact during any interviews. Later on at the cast photo they were extremely cordial, smiling a lot at each other and hugging and kissing.
Justin Timberlake is now working hard writing and producing songs for Madonna’s next CD. He said he would love doing more movies in the future. He is now enjoying the journey he is on now and that he has been very close to his family.
By Paris Hilton told the judge that she has people who read her mail for her, she just doesn’t have time. She just signs what people tell her to sign. Based on statements from Hilton and her publicist, who by the way announced he will no longer be working for Paris, said that she was talking advice from Mintz and not from her lawyers.
Paris will spend 45 days in jail. This might be a reality check for Hilton. Or it will probably make her more popular than ever. “It will actually increase her star appeal in a very sick and demented way," said longtime publicist Michael Levine.”
By City prosecutors say the Paris Hilton should be in jail for 45 days for violation of her probation for an alcohol-related reckless driving. Documents were filed in Superior Court and prosecutors say they want Paris to stop drinking for 90 days and wear a monitoring device. They also want her license suspended for four more months.
All this will be reviewed by a judge when she appears for a probation violation on Friday. The judge can agree or reject the penalty and impose a different one. The maximum penalty is 90 days in jail.
Paris already pleaded no contest in January and she was sentence to 36 months probation, alcohol education and $1,500 in fines.
By Last night Britney had a second show at The House of Blues, this time in Anaheim, California. This was the second stop in Britney’s trio of club “comeback” shows. It was pretty much the same as the first show, only this time she was chewing gum through out her whole performance.
She wore the same outfit as the previous show, a mini skirt, a pink bikini top, boots, and of course a wig. There were four other dancers with her at the show that started at around 9:30pm. The first song performed was “Baby One More Time.”
Although her dancing was more kinetic than in San Diego she lip synced her way through all her songs and chewing gum at the same time. It seemed like the crowd didn’t mind her lip singing since they sang along with all the tunes while jumping up and down.
By The millionaire founder of Girls Gone Wild empire had a hearing Monday in Panama City on contempt of court charges. Joe Francis drew the citation last month in a federal civil lawsuit brought by seven underage girls that were filmed by his company in 2003.
The girls’ lawyers told Judge Richard Smoak that Joe Francis was verbally abusive while in a settlement talk. The judge ordered Francis to settle the case or go to jail. Other negotiations were made with a mediator. Smoak issued a contempt order and Francis refused to surrender at first and called the Smoak a judge gone wild.
It seems like Francis has also been charged with bribing a jail guard for some water and for having prescription sleeping pills in his jail. Joe Francis pleaded guilty and has been fined $5,010 and sentenced to 35 days in jail.
By Alec Baldwin was extremely mad when he called his daughter and got the answering machine. He unleashed a many threads and insults towards hi 11 year old daughter Ireland. One of the few things he called his daughter was “thoughtless little pig” and also added some comments towards her mother Kim Basinger. A family law judge heard the unfiltered raw message and was so alarmed with the tape that she has barred Baldwin from having any contact with his child.
It all happened on April 11th when Ireland failed to answer a scheduled call from New York. Baldwin went crazy on the phone saying “Once again, I have made an ass of myself trying to get to a phone” and also said “you have insulted me for the last time”
By Britney Spears got her message out to the world. Britney went to a tanning session and got sushi for dinner in Bel Air with cousin Allie. While they were at the tanning salon Britney called a photographer called Sandro to come and videotape her message to the public. She told the photographer not to ask her anything that it was her time to talk to the world.
Britney’s message criticized the media and her management for sending her to rehab. The next day Britney was spotted at the same Bel Air Sushi restaurant and told paparazzi she fu*#in’ loves them!!
In the clip Britney blames her management for pushing her into rehab, which has stalled her career comeback. Britney has already started working on her new album with Pharrell Williams and Ne-Yo.
