Thursday, Los Angeles’ city prosecutors said that they will ask a judge to revoke Paris Hilton’s probation in a reckless driving case, which might make her end up in jail. All this came up after an investigation into Paris, the hotel princess violet terms of her probation by driving with a suspended license last month.

Nick Velasquez, a spokesman for the city attorney’s said “We’re confident we have sufficient evidence to prove that her license was suspended and that she had knowledge of that suspension”.

Poor Paris could be in jail for up to 90 days, but only if a judge finds that she violated her probation. There will be a hearing on April 17th but Paris is not required to be there.

On September 7th of last year, Paris Hilton was pulled over for reckless driving and under the influence in Hollywood and in January she pleaded no contest. After her arrest that day she got 36 month probation, alcohol education and had to pay $1,500 in fines.

On February 28, Paris got pulled over again, this time she was driving her Blue Bentley Continental GTC. She was speeding and driving with her headlights off. She only got a ticket for driving with a suspended license. She also got her $190,000 car impounded. Paris said that she did not know she was driving with a suspended license.  The situation is being handled by her attorney.

My thoughts

When I got caught driving with a suspended license they took me straight to jail! Not very fair that just because she is Paris Hilton they don’t take her to jail. Nothing against Paris, she’s hot but let’s be fair people!
