By Thursday, Los Angeles’ city prosecutors said that they will ask a judge to revoke Paris Hilton’s probation in a reckless driving case, which might make her end up in jail. All this came up after an investigation into Paris, the hotel princess violet terms of her probation by driving with a suspended license last month.
Nick Velasquez, a spokesman for the city attorney’s said “We’re confident we have sufficient evidence to prove that her license was suspended and that she had knowledge of that suspension”.
Poor Paris could be in jail for up to 90 days, but only if a judge finds that she violated her probation. There will be a hearing on April 17th but Paris is not required to be there.
By Sadly it is over for Chris. The funny curly-haired guy who once said he was bringing chubby back was eliminated from American Idol on Wednesday. Chris, 28 is from Greenville, South Carolina and with him leaving the number of Idol wannabes is down to nine. One of the nine will be the next American Idol which will be chosen in May.
Simon predicted before the results were announced “I think its bye bye, curly”. Last week Chris sang a Police classis “Every little thing she does is magic” and Simon though it was a mess.
Haley and Phil were the next with the lowest votes. Over 30 million people voted this week. Phil won Simon over with his version of “Every Breath You Take”. “This may surprise you, Phil, but I actually thought that was very good," Cowell said Tuesday.
By On Tuesday a judge came to the decision that any money made from the book that hypothetically describes how OJ would have gone about killing Goldman and ex wife Nicole Brown Simpson. The family of Ron Goldman will get any income made with book.
This project was put on hold last November by HarperCollins parent News Corp. They reportedly paid $880,000 to an unknown third party. The judge’s decision will come into play if the book is ever published. Simpson’s rights to any income from If I Did It will be auctioned off by the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department at a later date, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Gerald Rosenberg said. Polak said “He will never again be in a position to profit from this book.”
By Eddie Griffin wrecked a rare Ferrari Enzo worth $1.5 million while practicing at a racetrack Monday. Eddie Griffin crashed into a concrete barrier and destroyed the car but luckily escaped uninjured.
It all started because the comedian was practicing for a charity race to promote his new film “Redline”. Eddie Griffin drove too fast around a curve at the Irwin Dale Speedway. The video shows how the Ferrari Enzo smashes into the barrier and damages the front.
After his accident Griffin said “Undercover Brother’s good at karate and all the rest of that, but brother can’t drive. Wendy Zocks, the films publicist was glad to say that Griffin was doing ok. He was shaken but walked away with out a scratch.
By A 19-year-old woman was reported missing March 15th. Tynesha Stewart, was a student at Texas A and M University, and was last seen with Timothy Wayne Shepherd, 27. During her spring break vacation Tynesha was visiting her parents. She dated Shepherd while she was in high school and it was very exiting for her to go out with and older guy. In one occasion Shepherd didn’t let Tynesha leave his house until her parents and police showed up at his apartment.
After graduating High School Tynesha attended the Texas A&M University, before she left for college Tynesha broke up with Shepherd and started a new relationship with a different man. And that is the reason why Shepherd killed Tynesha.
Tynesha came home for spring break and friends say that she mentioned that she though Shepherd was following her. The night of March 15th Shepherd and Tynesha met and she was never seen again.
By Britney Spears has left the rehab center “Promises” and paying around $50,000, she still doesn’t have full custody of her two kids, Jayden James and Sean Preston. Kevin Federline will maintain full custody of both children until Britney Spears fully recovers. That is the only thing she is now focusing on.
Before Britney is able to get full child custody again, she is going to have to prove that she is able to stay sober and provide a good environment for the children. Britney has custodial visitation right now but as soon as she is able to prove she is stable and be sober she will be able to spend more time with her kids.
Since last month Kevin has been taking good care of the children while Britney was in rehab. Britney’s family have also been very supportive and helped out with the kids. Kevin has also been very supportive and has reportedly been taking the kids to visit her in rehab.
By What is wrong with American Idol this year? Stephanie Edwards one of the best singers this season was voted off last night. On the other hand some of the weakest and not enjoyable to watch performers like Sanjaya Malakar are still in the top ten.
Stephanie Edwards, 19 is originally from Savannah Georgia. She auditioned in Memphis and sadly got voted off on March 21st. On her last performance Simon Cowell said that she lacked edginess and youthful energy, which she had brought on her previous performances. Paula though the same thing and added that she should have more fun on stage.
Chris Richardson (Justin Timberlake look a like) had the next lowest vote tally. Richardson impressed the judges with his last performance “Don’t let the Sun Catch you Crying” Judges though that was his best performance ever and Paula added that he was charming and sexy.
By This week during a taping of RAW Donald Trump challenged Vince McMahon owner of WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment)to a hair match. The hair match will take place April 1st at Wrestle Mania in Detroit. The event will be live on pay-per-view.
The two billionaires will pick a wrestler to represent them in the match. If the wrestler they picked loses then one of the billionaires will have to shave their head after the match.
Donald Trump and Vince McMahon have signed the dotted line; there is no turning back now. They have both agreed to the contract of the highly anticipated “Hair vs. Hair”. After signing the contract and an exchange of words between both men competing, Trump shoved McMahon to the canvas, wanting to prove that Trump is the billionaire that will be reckoned with Wrestler Mania 23.
By Scientist are investigating and doing research on a pill that will be able to change your skin color and eye color. Many women and men bake for hours to get that perfect tan or use a fake a tan. Soon people will be able to alter their skin tone and maybe even eye color as often as dying your hair. This process will also protect you skin from cancer and sun damage.
After many years of research scientists have been able to understand how and why our skin tans. And now that they understand how it works they think we should not only be able to darken skin but also to lighten skin. This idea has also been taken by many cosmetic companies.
Michael Mankamyer, a 35 year old man from Orlando jumped off a Carnival Cruise Ship. The man was found along the Florida coast on Friday around 8:45. Michael was rescued about eight hours later by the Coast Guard.
Michael Mankamyer was waving his arms at rescuers when he was found. He as airlifted to a hospital where the Coast Guard reported he has a mild case of hypothermia but in good condition. When Michael was found Coast Guards were exited to see he was alive and that they had found him.
Some witnesses that were in the Carnival Cruise Ship reported that the 35 year old man ran and jump from the balcony in his room into the water at about 12:45am. Another witness said that Michael was intoxicated and that was probably the reason he made the not so smart decision of jumping off the ship.
